He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Jeff Worachek (Linda Thomas), Mary Homa (Steve), Lori Kloehn (Steve) and Joseph; and his grandchildren, Katy Homa, Bekka Homa, Jessy Homa, Joseph Kloehn, Thomas Kloehn, John Worachek, Catherine Worachek and Mary Clare Worachek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
