He was predeceased by: his parents, Jozef Mazur and Anna Mazur (Chomycz); his siblings, Mary Molinski (Mazur), Walter and Stefan Mazur; and his son Richard Mazur.

He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Gorawski; his children, Krystyna Mazur, Joesph Mazur and Robert Mazur (Jamie); and his grandchildren, Alexander and Madelyn Mazur.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name.
