She is survived by: her children, Merlin Van De (Chris), Gertie Haese-Merritt (Paul), Mary Steppert, Dan Van De (Sue) and Jennie Pillath (Kevin); her daughter-in-law Ann Van De Walle; and her brother Jim McVey. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
