He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wil and Joan Goetze of Sister Bay. He is survived by: his parents, Jenny Goetze and Russell Lehner; his brother Daniel; and his children, Elizabeth, Emily and David Jr.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
