He was predeceased by: his parents, George Woodworth and Merle Rosenberg; his wife Jean Woodworth; and his children, Tyrelle Kozlowski (Woodworth) and Justin Woodworth.
He is survived by: his sister Pepper Davis (Jerry); and his children, Mike Woodworth, Matthew Woodworth, John Woodworth, Ashley Blaser (Jake) and Anna Chevalier (Casey). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and many other cherished family members, friends.
