He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtiss E. Eddy and Helen Slicker Eddy; his sister Nancy Stamey; and his nephew Dale Stamey. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his children, Heather Krause (Jim) of Sheboygan Falls, WI, Heath Eddy (Kayla Martinez) of Slinger, WI and Paige Eddy of Fredonia, WI.; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Quinton, Deidre and Kasey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
