He is survived by: his wife Diane O'Keefe; his children, Mike O'Keefe (Carol), Daniel O'Keefe, Vicki Wright (Bob) and Diane Heslop (Gary); his stepchildren, Gary Meyer (Patti), Jeff Meyer (Cheri), Jack Meyer (Pat), Bonnie Anderson (late Peter), Chuck Meyer (Mari) and Chris Meyer (Laura); and his brother Dick O'Keefe.
