It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann (Riffle) Vincent of Cottage Grove, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 11, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Robert Riffle. She is survived by: her mother Rosemary Riffle of Washington; her husband Bill Stangel; her sons, Anthony Vincent of Beaver Dam and Jacob Vincent (Kelsey); her grandchildren, Paisley, Theo, Axel and Bentley Vincent of Eau Claire; her great grandchildren, Sylvia Stangel and Rose Stangel of Brooklyn; her siblings, Becky Dixon (Frank) of Indianapolis, Robert Riffle (Radine) of Washington and Rich Riffle (Trish) of Parrish; and also Otto Luedtke of Madison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
