He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cleasby and Othelia Cleasby (Swanson); his wife Charlene Mae Carlson; his brother Jack Cleasby; his grandson Shannon Wareham; and his great grandchild Mason Wareham.

He is survived by: his children, Linda Sue Wareham (Marc), Robert Allen Cleasby, William Arthur Cleasby and Donald Scott Cleasby (Kevin Sweeney); and his sisters, Rita Honnold and Patricia Cook. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
