He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Mindham and Mina Mindham (Greenfield); and his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Farrell. He is survived by: his children, Michelle of Waukesha, Vicky Galarowicz of Cottage Grove and Gregory of Blanchardville; his grandchildren, Amy, Kyle and Joanna; his great grandchildren, Colten, Emmaus, Xavier, Destiny and Gavin; and his sister Beverly Nesbit (late Howard) of Fitchburg, WI. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
