He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Sliwka (Robert), Margaret "Peggy" Marvin (Craig "Kip") and Teresa "Teri" Kleist; his nieces and nephews, Luke Sliwka (Krista), Max Marvin (Kim), Alex Marvin, Tony Raffel (Ashley), Patrick Raffel (Aly), Peter Raffel, George Stoeberl, Maggie Sliwka, Mary McDowell (Dylan), Hilary Hancock (Nick), Maranda Zamber (Josh) and Amelia Stoeberl; and also Diane Stoeberl.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be gifted in Gerry and Amber's name to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic School.
