He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lowrey and Betty Lowrey; his son Jacob Lowrey; his brother Jon Lowrey; his parents-in-law, Lester and LaVon Odegard; and his siblings-in-law, Dick Odegard, Ronnie Odegard, Delores Schweitzer, Sharon Sturdevant and LuAnn Tober.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; his son Spencer Lowrey (Cam); his stepchildren, Lisa Dartsch (Craig) and George Howell III (Susan); his daughter-in-law Victoria Lowrey; his grandchildren, CJ, Kyle, Spencer Jr., Jesse, Korie, Jorden, Kaylee, Korin, Megan, Lauren, Aden, Lilya, Jayde and Joe; his siblings, James Lowrey (Wanda), Robert Lowrey (Cyndi), Maureen Roman (Richard), Rosemary Battalio (John), Mark Lowrey (Helen) and Matthew Lowrey (Susan); and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Lowrey, Betsy Odegard, Dawn Odegard, Doug Odegard, Jeff Odegard and Jeff Tober. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in David's name to the American Liver Foundation.
