We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2023, at the age of 85, David Frank Starker (Cottage Grove, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Starker and Catherine Starker (Berg). He is survived by: his wife Janice Drankus; his children, Kathryn Steffel (Bob), Jeffrey Starker (Elida), Jim Starker (Kellie) and Jill Fyksen (Dennis); and his stepsiblings, Frank Auer (Deb), Ron Auer (Barb) and Mary Prichard. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Rainbow Hospice in Johnson Creek or St. Patrick Catholic Church would be appreciated by the family.
