He is survived by: his wife Andrea Gullixson; his children, Joey Solem (Katie), Thomas Breiby and Courtney Breiby; his granddaughters, Olivia Solem and Hailey Kahl; his siblings, David Breiby and Sandra Egner; his nieces and nephews, Jamie, Nicole, Jason, Chad and Hendrix; and his siblings-in-law, Jay Gullixson and Lisa Gullixson.
