He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn "Evey" Bultman. He is survived by: his daughters, Allison "Monkey" Bultman (Branden Mead), Celeste and Patty Aguilar; his father Phillip Bultman; his siblings, Jeff Bultman and Patti Helgeland (Jerry); and also, Dick Bultman, Tim Prosa, Bonnie Prosa, Aunts and Uncles. He is also survived by Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
