He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert DeBeir and Esther DeBeir; his sisters, Gloria Giese and Roberta Mayer; and his nephews, Mark Giese and Jason Mayer.
He is survived by: his wife Audrey (Berg); his sister Goldie Hurley (Larry); his brothers-in-law, Bill Giese and Charlie Mayer; and his aunt Eva Mittelsteadt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.
Masks will be required and all Dane County Covid protocols will be followed.
In lieu of flowers, Arlan has requested Memorials be made to West Koshkonong's (WKLC) Sunshine Fund.
