He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E. Smith and Ruth Linton Smith. He is survived by: his wife Beth LeMasurier; his daughters, Analise Ludwig (Smith) and Meryl Kadzmarszyk (Smith); his stepson Levi Houkom; and his sister Leanne Hanson.
