She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Puljas and Emma Puljas (Rea); and her brother Johnny. She is survived by: her brothers, Tom Puljas of Menomonie and Gary Puljas (Teri Johnson) of Altoona; her nephews, Lucas Puljas (Tracy) of Onalaska and Jerad Puljas of Eau Claire; her great-nieces, Taryn and Thea Puljas of Onalaska; her cousin Barb Witt; and also, Cassie, Serenity, Jourdan, Zayne, Maraina Johnson and Malakai Bishop of Altoona.
