He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Leroy Helland and Lorraine Elizabeth Helland (Faust); his great-nephew Matthew Arthur M; and his pet Sheba. He is survived by: his significant other Shauna Flood; his children, Chelsy Helland (Eric), Jessica Helland, Travis Helland (Kaylee), Megan Blodgett (Bailey), Ryan Helland (Abigail), Jesse Wolfe (Jessica), Aleshia Hetchler (Christopher), Jonathan Hakes (Chevy) and Sharlene Hakes; his grandchildren, Annabelle, Quinnton, Annyka, Lincoln, Saylor, Pepper, Emilia, Jennifer "Rosie", Freya, Natalya, Aleah, Raith, Victor and Alexaria "Lexi"; his siblings, Joni Langel, Cheryl Olsen (Steve), Brenda Knowlton (Terry), Emil Langel (Bonnie), Arthur Helland (Tammy) and Stacie Graham (Josh); and his in-laws, Claudette Smith, Tracy Flood, Shane Flood and Bridget Bandach (Kurt). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Borton-Leiser Funeral Home (220 S 7th St, Cornell, WI 54732). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
