He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hagen and Angie Hagen (Clements); and his brothers, Steve and Eric Hagen. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Johnson; his children, Tami Schneider (Brad) and Craig Hagen; his granddaughters, Marley, Mackenzie, Addison and Payten; and his siblings, Jim Hagen (Julie), Wayne Hagen (Pat), Diane Stellner (David), Bev Reschke (Harlan), Chris Hagen (Diane) and Nancy Bean (Doug). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
