He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Agnes Earley (Merris) and Mahlon Earley (Perry); and his granddaughter Sara Rose Hougom. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Anderson (Loren), Mike L. Earley and Don Earley (Dorie); his stepchildren, Michael Hougom, Cindy Lisney (Steve), Dan Hougom (Patti), Steve Hougom, Sherry Hougom and Jean Hougom; his grandchildren, Alex Anderson, Zach Anderson (Kat), Max Earley, Rob Henderson, Steve Henderson (Leah), Ashley, Josh Lisney, Tim, Niki, Dawson and Sawyer Hougom; his great grandchildren, Rose, Charles Anderson and Remi Henderson; his sister Patty Bond (Joe Sr.) of La Crosse; and his close friend Jan Walker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Sara Rose Hougom Foundation.
