He was predeceased by: his parents, James Stence and Lillian Stence (Mohr); his mother-in-law Thelma Blumer; and his brother-in-law Jinx Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Jennifer Stence and Matthew Stence (Molly); his stepchildren, Nicole Johnson (Jeremy) and Jason Bacon (Danielle Eitsert); his grandchildren, Kelsey, Benjamin, Jamie Stoffel, Lilly, Henry, Avery Stence, Isabella, Cole Johnson, Emma and Hegan Bacon; his sister Deborah Thomas (Dave); and his father-in-law Donald Blumer. He is also survived by several brothers-in-laws, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
