She was predeceased by: her parents, Tilman Ottum and Mabel Ottum (Peterson); and her brothers, Fredrick, David and Marvin (Monnie).
She is survived by: her foster daughters, Jo Ellen, Ina, Paulette, Alice, Liz, Evelyn, Nancy, Susan, Marilyn and Sandy; her husband Maynard; her children, Chris (Lynn) of Westby, WI., Carolyn Moran (Tom) of Westby, WI., Carleton (Tracy) of Westby, WI., Corey (Peggy) of Westby, WI. and Craig (Kristi) of Westby, WI.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Horbacz (Angelo), Stephanie Moran, Katey Fortun (Chad Johnson), Tyler Fortun (Megan), Krista Kohnert (Alex), Megan Fortun (Zach Mathison), Cody Fortun (Emma Frydenlund), Jessy Fortun (Olivia Amrhein) and Emily Fortun; her great grandchildren, Jackson Kohnert, Audrey Horbacz, Liberty Fortun, Madelyn Kohnert and Elizabeth Horbacz; and also Skippy.
