He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kolstad and Cecilie Kolstad (Lee); and his sister Nancy Catlin (Emmett). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean; his children, Kim Anderson (Jerry), Renee Hegstrom (Matt), Jackie Kolstad, Linette Ross (Toby), Patrice DeGonda (Tom) and Ralph Kolstad Jr. (Raina); and his siblings, Joann Catlin (late Harold), Jerry Kolstad (Vicki), John Kolstad (Sue), Wayne Kolstad (Judy), Jeff Kolstad (Libby) and Patrick Kolstad (Mary). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
