He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Owens and Norma Owens (Zimbeck); his siblings, Roger "Max" Owens, Rita Franz (Duane) and JoAnne Robertson (Roger); and his siblings-in-law, Beverly Owens, Howard, Daniel, Judy Kleinschmidt and Clarence Sellent.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Owens; his children, Chad Owens (Stacy), Heidi Fisher (Stephen) and Kimberly Johnson (Colin); his grandchildren, Jack, Eli Owens, Reagan, Kendall Fisher, Dalton, Josephine and Rosslyn Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Carl Kleinschmidt (Eunice), Bernice Sellent, Jerry Kleinschmidt (Margaret), David Kleinschmidt (Nancy), Betty Butzler (Wayne) and Lois Owens. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
