He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Potter and Emma Potter (Van Agtmael); his siblings, Mel Potter and Bonnie Pennington; and his brother-in-law Jim Braun.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Potter; his children, Leah Desens (Brian) and Lance Potter (Steve Carbin); his grandchildren, Jack Desens (Ashley), Samuel Desens (Basil) and Emma Desens (Andrew); his siblings, Larry Potter (Verlea), Betty Braun, Kathy Mislinski, Penny Bowen (Jim) and Frank Potter (Donna); and his sister-in-law Karen Potter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (410 Wallace St, Combined Locks, WI 54113). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
