He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Zeeland and Minnie Van Zeeland (Bongers) of Little Chute; his brother Rich Van Zeeland; and his siblings-in-law, Hank Vander Heyden, Margaret Maas, Alice Turner, Mary Van Zeeland, Carol Vander Heyden and Betty Van Zeeland.
He is survived by: his friends, James and Betty Perrenboom; his wife Johanna Van Zeeland; his children, Lee Van Zeeland (Kathy) of Appleton, Mark Van Zeeland (Lynn) of Appleton, Joe Van Zeeland (Dawn) of Amberg and Lu Van Zeeland of Norton Vermont; his brother Rob Van Zeeland of Kaukauna; and his sister-in-law Betty Linzmeier (Mike). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established in Cyril's name.
