He is survived by: his parents, Jason Douglas and Rhonda Douglas (Fox); his siblings, Angela and Jordan; his grandparents, Pete Fox and Rose Fox; his stepgrandmother Debbie Miller; his aunts and uncles, Amanda Zonca (Tim), Adam Fox (Margo), Jessica Douglas (Shaun Knott), James Douglas (Amanda) and Justin Douglas; and his cousins, Natalia, Zach, Finn, Cal, Tiffany, Michael, Natalee, David, Tyler, Tabatha, Trevor, Tanner, Hunter, Jada and Jared.
