She is survived by: her husband Franklin Williams of Columbus; her daughter Amy Bingham of Chilton, WI; her grandchildren, Madalyn Bingham and Braydyn Wampole; and her brothers, James Lybrand of Chino, CA and Robert Lybrand (Lou) of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
