She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Richter and Loretta Richter (Neuman); and her son Kenneth. She is survived by: her husband Bill of Fall River; her daughter Shari Vick (Robert) of Edmond, OK; her grandchildren, Kayla Carpenter (Megan) and Brady Vick (Bethany Ogletree); her great grandchild Braelynn Vick; and her brothers, Daniel Richter of Greenville, SC and David Richter (Pat) of Belvidere, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
