She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" Affeldt of Columbus; her children, Debra Smith (Don) of New Berlin, Deena Will (John) of Lake Mills and David Affeldt of Baraboo; her grandchildren, Dylan, Taylor, Brad (Deanna), Megan, Kayla, David and Alissa; her sister Susan Ganz of Beaver Dam; and her sister-in-law Marlene Miller of Slinger. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
