He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Brouillard and Johnette Brouillard (Smyth); his mother-in-law Helen Broyles of Muncie, IN; his aunts, Margaret, Florence and Blanche; and his friends, Bill Bradish and Denise Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Tonya Broyles-Brouillard of Waterloo; his siblings, Sharon Peterson of Portage, Joy Brouillard of Minneapolis, William Brouillard (Jessica Winiarski) of Cleveland, OH, Eugene Brouillard (Sharon) of Evansville, IN, Cynthia Brouillard (Jim Schymanski) of Mosinee and Pam Brouillard of Corpus Christi, TX; and his siblings-in-law, Denise Broyles of Muncie, IN and Kim Broyles (Linda) of Sun Prairie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
