She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Link and Joan Link (Jurgerson); and her sister Jody Hanson. She is survived by: her husband Bill Dougan of Columbus; her children, Andrew Dougan (Janae Goodrich) of Beaver Dam and Nicole Stiers (Joshua) of Columbus; her granddaughters, Bella Rae Stiers and Nora Stiers; and her siblings, Robert Link (Mary) of Columbus, Rex Link (Marian) of Cottage Grove, Vicki Erickson (Scott) of Slinger and Cindy Link (Don Budwitis) of Rio. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
