He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Breuckman and Linda Breuckman (Johnson) of Columbus; his siblings, Chad Breuckman of Columbus and Amy Holwerda of Beaver Dam; and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth (Alex), Josh Breuckman, Sybren, Graylee and Stetson Holwerda. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
