She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Jacobson and Lurine Jacobson (Bassler); her husband Eugene Radke; and her brothers, Alfred Jacobson (Catherine) and Robert Jacobson.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Radke of Sun Prairie and Dean Radke of Columbus; her granddaughter Nikki Henning (Nic) of Sun Prairie; and her great grandchildren, Madden and Tala. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
