He was predeceased by: his father Craig Stevens; his daughter Alexis; his brothers, Christopher, Patrick and Andrew; and his uncle Carl Schueler.
He is survived by: his mother Sharon Stevens (Schueler) of Columbus; his wife Jennifer Stevens of Fond; his son Dakota Stevens of West Bend; his sisters, Brenda Weiland (Craig) of Columbus and Betsy Stevens (Brian Stange) of Iron Ridge; his aunt Frances Koronkiewicz of Waupun; and his brother Brian Schultz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, special friend.
