She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Neuman and Adela Neuman (Ufer); her husband Kenneth Richter; and her siblings, Leona Staple, Lucille Fullerton, Laverne Vockroth, Betty Giese, Mary Petrie and Francis "Bud" Neuman.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel of Greenville, SC, David (Pat) of Belvidere, IL and Sharon McCormick (Bill) of Fall River; her grandchildren, Shari Vick, Lisa Matthews, Suzanne Czosek, Daniel Richter Jr., Jodie Richter, Joshua Richter, Brenda Richter, Kevin Richter and Kristen Tope; her great grandchildren, Kayla, Brady, Olivia, Zachary, Kaelin, Tanya, Morgan and Kenneth; her great great grandchildren, Broderick, Ellowyn and Lilyiana; and her siblings, June Miller of Fall River, Elaine Becker (Greg) of Minnesota, Maxine Kaiser (Richard) of Beaver Dam and Ronald Neuman of Madison. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
