She was predeceased by: her parents, George DeKovic and Helen DeKovic (Sierzputowski); her half-brother George DeKovic Jr.; and her children, Robert and Shawn Madsen.
She is survived by: her husband Raymond Madsen of Columbus; her daughters, Gayle George (Danny Colvin) of Poynette and Sandra Schwartz (Dale) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Patrick Huggett (Christi), Aaron Huggett (Andrea), Sarah Winter and Robert George; her great grandchildren, Ella, Anna, Cloie, Jon and Robin; and her sisters, Louise Stepanek (Jerome) of Orland Park, IL and Irene Venn (Robert) of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
