She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ward and Selma Ward (Schliewe); her husband Gerald "Gerry" Hagens; her siblings, William, Eugene, Delyle and Fern; and her son-in-law Todd Cooper.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kaylen Hoerstmann (Mike) of Sun Prairie and Kristin Behrendt (Butch) of Randolph; her grandchildren, Mitchell Cooper (Alex), Ashley Hardy (Jordan), Megan Hoerstmann and Nick Hoerstmann; her great grandchildren, Lydia Hardy, Vanessa and Samuel Cooper; and her sister Nancy North. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
