He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Konvalinka and Josephine Konvalinka (Novotny). He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Gladish of Columbus; his children, Mike Konvalinka (Stacy) of Sun Prairie and Diane Ross (Jim) of Grafton; and his siblings, JoAnn Riha (Jim) of Berwyn, IL and Donald Konvalinka (Darlene) of Elmwood Park, IL. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
