With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerome Derr (Columbus, Wisconsin), who passed away on September 2, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Derr and Laura Derr (Schmidt); his former wife Ione Ruesch; and his siblings, Robert and Agnes.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Levandowski of Columbus; his children, Shirley Vaughan of Sun Prairie, Patricia Gumz (Larry) of Rio, Diane Guenther (Daniel) of Columbus, Lynn Kreyer (Warren) of Poynette and Duane Derr of Madison; his stepchildren, Gale Levandowski of Berry, AL and David Levandowski (Karen) of Hinckley, IL; his grandchildren, Chris Vaughan, Tyrone Gumz (Ashley), Erica Knaus (Jason), Laura Kendall (Tom) and Bryan Guenther (Sheri); his great grandchildren, Deklan, Kane, Landon, Vivian and Everly; and his sister Marian Jesberger of Sun Prairie. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
