He is survived by: his wife Mary Benisch of Rio; his children, Danny Benisch (Nancy) of Rio, Colleen Coyle (Chuck) of DeForest, Lori Toutant (Bill) of Rio, Daren Benisch (Mary) of Columbus, Daryl Benisch (Courtney) of Sun Prairie and Anthony Benisch (Jodi) of Columbus; his grandchildren, Stephanie Laidlow (Bob), Amanda Kartos (Ryan), Melanie Benisch, Alexa Johnson (Travis), Kelsey Pickarts (Trent), Taylor Felicijan, Tesa Benisch, Jordyn Toutant, Jeromy Toutant, Marli Felicijan, Michaela Benisch and Mason Benisch; his great grandchildren, Miles, Gannon, Jordy, Trey, Eli, Blaine, Abby and Tia; and his brother John Benisch of Pittsville. He is also survived by many other relatives, friends and neighbors.
