She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Weatherwax of Columbus; her daughters, Jessica Sullivan (Jon) of Columbus and Brittany Wiersma (Lance) of Columbus; her siblings, Susan Koshel (John) of Columbus, Reggie Waddell (Lynn) of Columbus, Blaine Waddell (Pam) of Sun Prairie, Richard Waddell (Marla) of Sun Prairie and Gregg Waddell (Jean) of Columbus; and her grandchildren, Jaymeson Sullivan, Jaidyn Sullivan, Eli Wiersma, Landen Wiersma and Jaxton Wiersma. She is also survived by friends including her nieces and nephews.
