It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James A. Frank of Columbus, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Frank and Lavon Frank (Lapine); and his wife Debra Martin. He is survived by: his daughters, Cathryn Bosch (Jay) of Beaver Dam and Rebecca Bruckner (Tad) of Madison; his grandsons, Mitchell of Beaver Dam, Miles Bosch of Beaver Dam and Clayton Frank (Elizabeth) of Beaver Dam; his siblings, Cheryl Backhaus (Bill) of Daytona, FL, Dennis Frank (Deb) of Burnett and Tina Porten (Dennis) of Burnett; and his brothers-in-law, Wayne Martin (Sharon) of Horicon and Greg Martin (Robyn) of New Jersey. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Face coverings and social distancing are encouraged.
Memorials may be directed to the Beaver Dam High School Band and Orchestra.
