He is survived by: his stepson Brad Anderson (Sara); his grandsons, Cameron Anderson and Ryan Anderson; and his siblings, Tex Heller (June), Danny Heller, Elliott Heller and Margaret Brozek.
Memorials may be gifted in Butch's name to the Alzheimer and Dementia Alliance of Wisconsin.
