He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhold Zander and Agnes Zander (Schroeder); his wife Rita Zander (Genske); his brother David; his sons, Larry and Jeffrey; and his grandson Joshua.
He is survived by: his daughter Marcia Schmidt (Curt) of Iowa; his daughters-in-law, Mary Jo Miller of Oregon, WI and Pam Zander (Crawford) of Columbus, WI; and his sister Enid Steuber (Dick) of Paradise Valley, Arizona.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID, private funeral services will be held for immediate family only with Pastor Tim Schwartz of Zion Lutheran Church in Columbus presiding.
