He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Herzberg and Erna Herzberg (Rahn); his wife Jacquie; and his brothers, Ralph, Robert and Roger.
He is survived by: his children, Todd Herzberg (Kim) of Neenah, Tammy Holzwarth (Dave Drinkwater) of Madison and Cindy Boge (T. O.) of Wisconsin Dells; and his grandchildren, Erica Casey (Gordon), Tiffany Holzwarth (Andy Thompson), Forrest Holzwarth, Tyler Herzberg (Emily) and Kylee Herzberg. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be directed to Zion Lutheran Church in Columbus.
