He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Koch and Dorothy Koch (Klein); and his brothers, Kenny and David. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Koch (Groskreutz) of Beaver Dam; his children, Tammy Koch (John) of Janesville, Austin Koch of Baraboo, John Koch (Jeanne Lynne) of Windsor, Michael Koch of San Antonio, TX and Jason Koch of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Amanda Angell, Cody Koch and Hannah Koch; and his siblings, Judy Schmudlach (Jerry) of Monroe, Carol and Donnie Koch. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
