She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Maxwell and Ella Maxwell (Davis); her husband Hollis Medford; her son Michael Medford; and her grandson Michael Radcliffe.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Clark of Kingston, Tenn, Claudette Bacon (Timothy) of Columbus, Wis and Steven Medford (Sharon) of Wauconda, Ill.; her sister Verna Holtz of Windsor, Conn.; and her grandchildren, Tyrone Radcliffe, Edmund Bacon, Amanda Olson, Hollis Medford and Kevin Medford. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
