She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Floyd Eugene Shearer and Maybelle Elizabeth Shearer (Strasburg); her husband Dr. John "Bob" Poser; and her brothers, Dr. Charles Shearer and Dr. Tom Shearer.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. John Poser (Jan) of Gainesville, FL, Ann Poser of Peachtree City, GA and Tom Poser (Susan) of Pewaukee, WI; her grandchildren, Ashley Waller (Chris) of Gainesville, FL, Alex Poser of Charleston, SC, Sarah Worden (Josh) of Atlanta, GA, Greg Poser of Mystic, CT, Liz Poser of Milwaukee, WI and Natalie Poser of Pewaukee, WI; and her great grandchild June Poser-Wipke. She is also survived by three children.
